Hello dear SS-ians.
I have noticed that some of you guys do not remind all the latecomers when and where to hand in their late-coming essays. Please guys, tell them when, and where.
When---> The evening itself. After CCA is acceptable, because have to be reasonable.
Where---> Please SHOW them the box located in the General Office, yes, it might be very time-consuming but still it should be part of the duty(!!)
Even if the latecomer has been coming late, and you have been telling her where and when to hand in, it is still part of your duty to remind her. We should really reduce the chances of the students putting any blame on us for not giving them the full detailed info.
Then I can see that you guys are not very alert. Please do not let people RUN AWAY THROUGH THE MINI FORUM! Even if there are councillors at the mini forum, so what? You still have to catch the latecomers so that you can record down the names okay? Then please please, fill in the blue slips carefully and properly! Don't waste time and then never fill in properly then you have to go run after the latecomers. BE ALERT!
A lot of you are NOT SURE of the duties at all, but are afraid to ask about your duties. Please do not be afraid to clear your doubts okay? Like some of you think that the essays should be handed up the next day when it is on the day itself. Resulting in you guys telling the latecomers wrong info! HOW CAN?! When doing duty must do properly, correct?
Please write a self-reflection on the duties you have done so far this year. The self-reflection has to be at least 200 words. Hand in by Wednesday. Hard-copy is preferred.

HELLO EVERYONE.
If you all do not know yet...failure to come on time for morning meetings will caue you to be in GREAT embarrassment alright.
It's 5 Jumping SS-ians for each minute you come late. Of course unless you have a letter or MC. Coming late because you woke up late or your pet dog was trying to eat your shoe, DOES NOT WORK FOR US.
Thanks and please take note that punctuality is very important. Since we want Crescentians to be on time, then we should be on time too.
Any violent objections?

For the council funds thing,
a) for those who came for gathering but paid ten dollars, pay twenty dollars
b) for those who came for gathering but paid twenty dollars, pay ten dollars
c) those who did not come at all, collect ten dollars
I think I have to return some of you money. We'll settle this during Council meeting tomorrow.
Council meeting tomorrow will be from 2.15pm to 3.30pm at the MPR.
Those who are unable to attend tomorrow's meeting, please be reminded to tell your DH Cynthia Goh Pei Suan.
